These pictures are to show the two different '58/'59 Front indicators that were used.

On closer inspection there are very small difference between them.   

This is the back of the K12627 with an original rubber boot.

K has 18W on top, 21 cp on bottom Correct way up. Where as 2665 has 21cp on top and 15W on bottom but upside down.  You will also notice the outer edges where the rubber gasket for the lense are sloping different ways.  You can also see that the inner contact are ever so slightly different diameters.  Who cares!

On the back the K does not have any markings other than a ink stamped number 304. (not shown in this picture).  The 2665 does have SWF 2665 clearly shown on the housing, also with a ink stamped number 372.
