Body Work by John Ashcroft   

The Body work was given to John Ashcroft of Ngungaru just out of Whangarei to restore.  We chose lead, the original method used by the factory.  The factory used a lot of lead around the openings on their cars.  John replaced the door skin on the the drivers side, hammered and filed the body, replaced the factory lead, and generally carried out everything ready for painting.
